St. James Bay Tools come 3 different ways:

Rough Casting – no work has been done to the casting

Machined Casting – sides, bottom and inside have been machined flat and parallel; throat is pierced and bed angle has been milled in (Except on the shoulder and bull nose plane castings)

Finished Tool – custom made by St. James Bay

Rough casting set (body and lever cap) $49
Finished blade and chip breaker set $45 (or a blade machined blank and chip breaker machined blank which you shape and harden yourself $28)
Chip Breaker to blade screw $2
Cap Screw and pad $6
Pins as required for casting style. Large $.50 and Small $.25
Blade Adjustment Mechanism (optional) $55 which includes the Chip Breaker Screw
